Always be supportive physically, mentally and emotionally to yourself.
Physical attraction is common, a mental connection is rare and an emotional connection is a precious gift to human life. And we are blessed to have them all.

       Physically:
  • Develop healthier life habits like exercising.
  • Do 5 minutes of exercise or dance to great music.
  • Try something new like rock climbing, a fitness class, or painting.
  • Take care of your entire body.
  • Take really good care of your body.
  • Try to shape your body to gain self-confidence.
  • Do physically all sorts of exercises whatever you are able to do.
  • Always enjoy the physical exercises whatever you are doing.
  • Do yoga for your inner soul to rest in a good mind.
  • Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.
  • The most important thing to do as you age is to stay physically active.
       Mentally:
  • Reduce anxiety and boost problem-solving skills.
  • Stop thinking and go within through meditation or prayer.
  • Reach out to someone else and lift their spirits.
  • Write down an affirmation and read it out loud.
  • Write out a life vision for the next few years.
  • Notice your self-talk and change your life accordingly.
  • Tell yourself you are beautiful at least once per day.
  • Always believe in yourself.
  • Stop taking things too seriously.
  • Cut the negative self-talk.
  • Take care of your mind.
  • Stand up for yourself.
  • Stop criticising yourself.
  • Always believe in yourself whatever you are doing in your handwork, so you can be more confident to complete your tasks properly to prove your self-confidence.
