What are the common fears of life and what is their root cause?

Many fear not eating, drinking or sleeping because it could lead to death. Some others might be scared by the thought of being away from home. We all also fear the possibility of losing our job or getting fired by someone. And yet others fear death, anxiety and other negative symptoms like depression that can come as a result of an illness. So what are these fears? How did we become so fearful and why do they still exist in us? If you want to know more about this then read on. The reason why these fears can exist in people is that we are afraid to lose a loved one, friend or even family, but our own family members who are near and dear to us have it worse than we do since they have lost their loved ones to illness. So it doesn’t make any sense to be so frightened of us since it really doesn’t help the person to live a perfect life. Also, most of us have very sensitive hearts and if we fall ill, we would be very upset. Even if the person who does it is dying then they will not be able to live a normal life and we must do everything we can to take care of ourselves while the rest of the world goes through different things. For example, if your dad was suffering from a heart problem, he is also afraid of dying because he cannot bear the pain of suffering from some illness or dying. So in all our human endeavours, we should not be fearing death and anything else but rather looking forward to our loved ones dying or getting sick.

Fear Of Illness As A Cause Of Depression

I don’t know anyone who has been depressed for longer than someone who has actually seen a therapist. Many therapists also believe that having serious illnesses like Parkinson’s, cancer and other diseases makes them depressed in the first place. Because in all cases we feel bad and start feeling sad due to the loss of loved ones and life experiences. That is mostly because it makes us feel guilty and shameful for suffering from something and we try to hide it.

When we suffer from a painful sickness then many of us suffer from depression and often end up committing suicide. It is because of the guilt and shame that we give others when they actually suffer too. In addition to this, we also always blame ourselves. I mean we always think that we are either incompetent or weak when we suffer from anything. When we think we are either incompetent or weak, we end up doing stupid things like smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. I also know several psychologists who claim that depression has a strong link with loneliness. Some of us suffer from a lot of depression and others are suffering from none or the least.

Most of those disorders in the above section are also known to affect depression. The main reason why they make sure that we should avoid all of them is that some of them are physically painful and others are mentally painful. To understand it better, consider the following case: A woman gets bitten by a poisonous snake while she is out walking and her husband comes looking for her with his dogs and when he finds the woman dead, he calls the police and they find her body in some garbage dump near woods. If all these happen to the woman then why would she choose to go into a forest alone and die there? Why would a man go to a desolate area to look for a deceased woman instead of visiting her in a hospital and taking her to the hospital?

Fear Of Death Or Dying Alone

We also need to realize that every person around us and even inside us always wants us to have happiness and success. If we never have our family members, friends and even colleagues to stay with us, then we are afraid of going alone and facing the fear of death or dying alone. I am talking about the fear of killing someone. Sometimes, when we get a chance to meet someone, we think that it may be the last opportunity. No matter how hard they try to convince us otherwise we always run away as soon as possible like what happened to David Deeks, whose character and role were popularized in Grey's Anatomy to highlight the issue of mortality and health.

Also, we always believe that we can escape from life once we have tried to kill it. Such thinking leads us to commit crimes like murder, rape, kidnapping etc, which only increases in importance in the fear of death and dying alone. When we face problems like this, we usually have fear of dying alone. And sometimes, we might even kill someone to gain peace and comfort. So if someone does this to us then we don’t just think about it but we also become angry and make excuses. On the contrary, when you reach a dead-end, I feel there is no way we can escape from that situation and that is when we realize that sometimes life takes us to the point where there is nothing left to do other than to keep living. And no more does it take a deadly accident to realize this.

Fear Of Being Left At Home

Do you ever experience the fear of spending long hours away from home? Do you have fear of leaving your house? Well, for sure we all have this fear of not being at home all day. When we are at home, no matter how calm and peaceful and loving our family members are, if we feel lonely, sad, sad and depressed then it becomes a real nightmare to spend time away from home for the whole week, a condition called “being away from home”. Also, when we are away from home, we always wonder what will happen if we fall ill or not. Because when you have to leave home to go to work for long periods then if you are away from home for a long period I assure you that your life can become unbearable. Not only your spouse or kids but also the children can suffer too and ask all sorts of questions. Every career path requires us to be patient for years before we finally do it. Before we ever do a new job in life, we have to fight to get it done. One thing is that our mind is quite unique and it takes thousands of thoughts to decide whether one particular decision we must or we must not make. Therefore, if we always feel guilty and ashamed that it took us so long to arrive at the right decision, we might end up making sacrifices that we don’t have to make. These sacrifices are difficult but the reality is that we can only make them if we are willing to put in enough effort to attain our goals. So how do we get to the right place we can trust to make sacrifices in the name of achievement? Through patience, perseverance, discipline and self-awareness.

Fear Of Having Nothing

If you think that you don’t have anything left then the fear of having nothing is one of the dangerous fear we have to deal with it because it's one of the critical causes of mankind's problems that start with it. Like depression disease and one of the most causes of committing suicide, to begin with, it.
